Sleep! Get a good night’s sleep.
Eat the Rainbow! When you eat foods in a rainbow of colours you will get the most benefit from the antioxidants and micro nutrients . This will greatly benefit your skin, hair and nails, as well as your overall health.
Water! Start your day with a glass of warm water with a generous squeeze of lemon about 15 min before breakfast and keep yourself well hydrated throughout the day.
Protection! Protect your skin from environmental damage – sun, cold, heat, pollution – use sunscreen daily or products that include an SPF.
Clean! Make sure to regularly wipe your cell phone with rubbing alcohol or an anti bacterial wipe to prevent the plethora of bacteria from touching your skin.
Laundry! Change your pillow cases often as they tend to absorb lots of oils and dirt and grime while you are sleeping. Avoid using fabric softener on your pillow cases as it leaves a film on the fabric which can irritate sensitive skin.
