My favorite nettle banana tea recipe for healthy clear skin
- Wash and cut up one organic banana with skin on – skin is very rich in magnesium – into 3-4 chunks
- Put the chunks in a pot with 2 cups of water and bring to a boil
- Lower the heat and steep for 15 minutes
- In the meantime, put 2 teaspoons of nettle leaves into a tea infuser
- Pour hot banana tea over the nettles leaves and let steep for 5 minutes. If you prefer, you can use 1 stinging nettle teabag instead of loose leaves.
- Strain and enjoy!
