We are so excited to be part of Stage 3 ! As of Friday July 31, 2020 all services that tend to a customer’s face, are now allowed to be performed: Facials, Peels, Microneedling & Mesotherapy, Sublative, Electrolysis, Laser Treatments, Skin tightening, Eyebrow & Face waxing or Threading, Lash lifts and many more. As always, safety measures are in place to ensure a safe environment for our clients, staff and the community.

STAGE 2 REOPEN SAFETY PROTOCOLS:Our Commitment To Your Health + Safety

We are happy to announce that we will be reopening to the public as of Monday June 29th, 2020 for services only from the neck down. We have studied the provincial guidelines and have ensured that not only we meet the standards but also exceeded them wherever we could to enhance the safety of our clientele and our workers while delivering a relaxing and pleasurable visit.

Protective measures to keep everyone safe and preventing Covid-19 outbreaks noone being sick or with even one symptom is allowed on our premise.

We have completely sanitized the establishment, all our furniture, equipment, tools and supplies before reopening and will do full sanitization routine of the workstation, furniture, tools and implements between each client to ensure that safety of each and every one.

We have installed signage to remind everyone of the new rules and safety standards at our front door, our reception desk, in the changing rooms, the washroom, staff rooms, backbar and anywhere appropriate.

We keep and encourage everyone for physical distancing.

We have installed plexiglass physical barrier at the reception desk and at the nail bar.

We have alcohol-based hand sanitizers at multiple points of our premise, at the reception desk and at every station/room. We also implemented touchless hand soap dispensers at all our handwashing stations and in the restrooms with single use paper.

We spaced out the workstations where needed. Where this was not possible; we have created a physical barrier between each station.

To respect the capacity limit established by the authorities our establishment capacity will be capped at all time at 4 guests.

To meet this guest capacity limitation; our team is adapting their work schedule and until further notice Ici Paris is extending/decreasing its operating hours… Note that we may not be able to accommodate your usual favorite time slot for a certain period.

For your protection and relaxation; we encourage everyone to limit conversation.

Our retail area is fully operational, please ask for assistance; our team will prepare you retail order for you and have it ready for pick-up as you leave our premise.

Please note that we accept cash, and we follow all sanitary measures, however for the time being, we encourage everyone to refrain from using cash as a mode of payment and to use cards.

We will be pre-screening all clients at appointment booking and upon arrival into the spa. If you have symptoms please cancel appointment with as much notice as possible. Please understand that we will not be able to honour your appointment if you show up with symptoms. Last minute cancellation penalties will be waived with a valid reason (except for no-show a full-service fee applies). We will also screen each of our staff member every day prior starting their shift.

Our whole team took upskilling training on disinfection, sanitation and infection control protocols. Ask to see our certificates; we are very proud to show them.

Each worker will only service one client at a time; please note that client must come alone (no escort, spouse, friend, kids, pets allowed to be on the premise).

All of our team members are wearing masks and face shields all day, and may wear gloves, protective googles for some services.

Please arrive to your appointment timely (no more than 10 minutes early). Please note that our front door will be locked as a measure to control the environment and number of people in the space.

If you are running late, please give us a call. We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals. If you arrive late please understand that your appointment time will be shortened and full-service fee will be applied. Please wear a clean face mask upon arrival and in the sake of everyone’s safety please wear your mask for the whole duration of your visit. Note that we may ask you to wait outside if our establishment is still at full capacity and that our waiting area is currently closed. Our coat check will be unavailable; please bring a large bag with you where you can deposit all your belongings and keep them safe from contact with other guests clothing. Please note, that Ici Paris is not responsible for lost or misplaced items. Upon arrival, please use our alcohol-based hand sanitizing gel, and wash your hands when applicable.

Our refreshment services are suspended; and that all magazines and shared tablets have been temporarily removed for your safety. Please bring water with you if needed.

Each guest will be asked to keep their own clothing on during the treatment time as our single use cape/gown service is temporarily suspended. Please make sure to arrive/wear comfortable clothing for this matter.

All esthetics services done on face are temporarily suspended until further notice. We will continue to modify the schedule as we receive more information.

We recommend that clients schedule their next appointment prior to leaving the clinic.
We accept Visa, MasterCard,  direct debit and cash. Cheques are not accepted. A credit card number or deposit is required at the time of booking. Prices do not include HST and are subject to change without notice. When booking an appointment, please inform us of any Gift Certificates you will be redeeming.

Out of consideration for others and our professional time, we require 48 hours notice of cancellations for spa packages or bookings of two or more services. Single services require at least 24 hours notice of cancellation. A late cancellation fee of 50% will be charged without prior notice and a 100% cancellation fee will be applied for no-shows. Same day bookings are considered firm.

We would be pleased to reschedule your appointment, or to convert your deposit into a gift certificate. There are no refunds on deposits or on Gift Certificates. Clients with Gift Certificates who do not show up for appointments or who cancel less than 24 hours in advance of their appointment will forfeit 50% of the Gift Certificate’s value.

Late Arrivals
We recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your first appointment. If you do happen to arrive late for your appointment, we will try our best to accommodate your full booking. However, if that is not possible, you will be billed for the full cost of the original booking.

If you are pleased with the services you have received, it is customary to give a 10% to 15% gratuity to each of your therapists. Please be advised that our computer setup does not permit gratuities to be charged to Visa, MasterCard, Amex or direct debit.

Gift Certificates
Spa gift certificates are a caring, thoughtful and special way of gift giving. Our wide selection of individual services and money saving packages make for easy and creative choices. Gift Certificates are elegantly packaged and can be ordered by phone, fax or in person. They can be purchased for any of our spa packages or individual services and include tax, or can be for a specific dollar amount with no tax included.

WaySpa, SpaFinder Gift Cards
WaySpa or SpaFinder gift cards are gladly accepted for regular priced menu services only (RMT services excluded). They can not be used for products and already discounted spa services.
